Diffuser: add 4–6 drops to water. Topical: dilute 2% (12 drops in 30 ml carrier oil) for body, 1% for face. Patch test before use. Never apply undiluted. Citrus oils can be photosensitising — avoid sun on applied skin for 12 hours.
